R3G Group—Roku 3rd Generation—was built on legacy, responsibility, and refusal to accept the limits placed on underserved communities.

 

We are a family-led collective of siblings from Chuuk, Micronesia, rooted in the island of Sakura and founded by the third generation of the Roku family. Our existence is not accidental. R3G was born from lived experience—from navigating systems not designed for us, from translating survival into leadership, and from turning barriers into blueprints.

Every business carries its own origin story—but all are united by one mission: to create access where it has been denied and to deliver excellence where it has been underestimated.
